RETURN POLICY - REFUND

The 30-day return period begins upon receipt of your merchandise. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and, in the condition, you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For an item received damaged the same 30 days rule applies from the moment of receipt of the merchandise.

Return (if applicable)

The return of certain types of merchandise may not be allowed. Please be assured that the policy will be modified accordingly at the appropriate time.

Also, we do not accept hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items not allowed to be returned:

-  Any electronic or electrical items,

-  Any item that is not in its original condition,

-  Any item that is damaged or missing parts,

-  Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery 

To complete your return, you must include a copy of your invoice with your full name and address or the printed email proof of receipt of your order as proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to let you know that we have received the returned item and confirmation of the approved or denied refund.

If approved, your refund is then processed, and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within 2-5 business days.

If you made your payment by gift card, a gift card will be generated for the refund. 

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items originally received that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at info@elgirard.com and send your item to

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. They are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary.

We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured.
